Katie started her macro journey because she was frustrated with how hard she was working in the gym with little results in her physique. She hired Erik to help her with macros and quickly learned that her go-to Paleo diet wasn’t cutting it anymore. When she became a coach herself, she vowed to show clients that eating less and working out more is usually not the ideal protocol.
As she advanced in her own coaching, Katie experienced her own hormonal imbalances and quickly learned that there is an even deeper level to coaching and helping clients reach their goals and feel optimal that she knew she wanted to bring to the table.
Katie has experience with complicated client cases such as PCOS, amenorrhea, and people experiencing digestive issues. She has a specialization in functional medicine and metabolism science and loves getting to the root of the issue. Working with Katie means looking deeper and assessing the body from all angles.
Katie lives in Phoenix, Arizona and owns her own strength and conditioning gym, Anato-Me where she also personal trains clients.
Katie’s pricing varies depending on client needs.
Kenzey is passionate about sports and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a former division 1 softball player, she had to learn how to train and eat without the strict lifestyle that she previously had as a college athlete. Once she learned how to do that, she aspired to help people become healthy in a way that didn’t mean restriction or missing out on social events.
Kenzey is an Arizona native who graduated from the University of South Alabama with her now husband Braedon and they have been moving around ever since while Braedon has played in the NFL for the Jets and Chargers.
While in California, Kenzey was a personal trainer and loved it. Now she is back in Arizona and wants to show people that they can eat the foods they love and look and feel the way they want to.
LA based, but AZ native! Food enthusiast with hesitations… that is until I met The Body Shop Erik! Private trainers, crash diets, Atkins, but as this list goes on, I will cut to the chase… Lost 35 pounds and have been educated: food is not the enemy, but the ally in body transformation.
With a private trainer three days a week for two and half years and numerous weight loss ploys throughout the earlier years, I never seemed to achieve that “summer beach body.” I hurt my back, lost the ability to workout… and then my sister-in-law mentioned Erik and the wonders he does: “Just try it Missy, you like to follow the rules!”
Knowing When You Are Ready: With that, I set out and came across some amazing milestones. My 40 th birthday present to myself was this body transformation that I thought was something almost near impossible to achieve. Now, I am here to spread some positivity, keep the communication open and help those see that what they think is the “impossible” is actually quite possible.
Coached by Erik Young with continued mentorship! Here to inspire those to start their journey. I will coach those who are afraid of the carbs, afraid of the calorie intake, and afraid to enjoy some delicious food and know that living the life of healthy and sustainable food is a lot more fun than you can imagine.

Christina is passionate about helping others overcome the quick fix mentality and helping them to develop a healthier relationship with food. Showing others that they can reach their goals by eating what they love and being flexible is something that has helped her with her own goals as well.
Christina grew up in a small town in Indiana. She grew up playing sports and being athletic but no one ever really taught her about good nutrition. She moved out to Arizona in 2008. A few years later she met her husband and they quickly started having babies. She knew right away she wanted to teach her children how to eat right and make good choices when it came to health and wellness. She decided it was time their family implement a healthier lifestyle. She didn’t know where to start so she turned to quick fix diets with multi-level marketing companies. After years of that she decided it was time for something else because progress was stalled. She reached out to Erik Young and has been working with him for over 2 years now. He’s mentored and taught her so much over these last couple years. She’s really fallen in love with the process of flexible dieting.
She finds it important to teach her clients about consistency and sustainability when it comes to nutrition and goals. She is committed to helping her clients feel their best and reach their goals while eating the foods they love.

He can customize a plan that will move you in the right direction whether it’s losing weight, trimming down or gaining muscle mass.
